Happy Anniversary

It is hard to believe, but on this day 16 years ago, two nervous teenagers had their first date. Who knew that would result in this sweet, strong and smart young lady you see here. (Yes, she is "reading" a Journal of the American Medical Association, we thought she should get a head start). Yes, Roger and I have been together for 16 long and wonderful years. I don't think either of us imagined we end up in Fayetteville, NC but such is life. Life certainly has been interesting for us and not what either of us imagined it could be. It is actually better.

SNOW!

It really did snow here in North Carolina. We just got a few inches last night and most of it melted before it was light enough to take a picture this morning. But you get the idea. All of the yard was covered last night with a blanket of snow. Jena loved it. She went out when it was snowing and pointed and said "snows". Not sure why she refers to it in the plural, but she does. And when she came in she said "Bye, Bye Snows!"

Happy New Year!

We hope everyone is doing well. Christmas and New Years were busy for us. Jena is always on the go and Roger is working very hard. I am doing okay, just dealing with morning sickness. The first two months I was fine, but this last month has been worse than anything I experienced with Jena. But I'm hanging in there. I have a doctor's appointment this Thursday, but since I am just 3 months along, I don't expect too much to happen on this visit. I'll keep everyone posted.
